On the site is made available to the customer a wide assortment of products of various kinds.

The customer can view the card of each product and view the features such as: photo, composition, features, dimensions, variations, etc ...

The customer can set the desired amount and by clicking the button you can add it to your virtual cart. By clicking on the item cart, the customer can view the content, the products included, the quantities, the detail of the costs and, if necessary, modify his choices.

You can proceed with checkout using a button. At this point, the customer will be able to enter his / her registration data, register a new account, or make purchases in guest mode. In order to submit a binding offer, the customer can submit the order by means of a "Order with an obligation to pay" button. The customer will receive an automatic confirmation email order. This confirmation does not represent ParticolarModa's acceptance of the order. The contract is perfected when ParticolarModa sends the goods to the customer confirming the evasion with another e-mail.



In the case of choosing the advance payment method, the purchase contract will be deemed terminated by sending ParticolarModa of the confirmation e-mail of the payment received. The customer will receive this notification within 24 hours after the order is processed. Confirmation of receipt of the order does not represent replaces the e-mail of receiving the payment. In case of early transfer, the amount will be paid within no more than 7 days from the date of the bank transfer notice. Payment is deemed to be made at the time of credit on our current account of the amount of the invoice. In addition to the above 7 days, the order will automatically be canceled.



You are required to review the Products at the time of receipt for any defects or damages which will have to be reported to ParticolarModa via the contact form within 2 months. According to art. 128 et seq. Of the Consumption Code, in case any manufacturing defects occur within 2 years after delivery, you will be required to report these defects to ParticolarModa via the contact form within 2 months of their discovery. Subsequently, the ParticolarModa staff may request details, defect photos or proof of purchase before authorizing the item to return. The legal warranty is applied to any defect allegedly already present at the time of delivery. The item's return shipping charges are anticipated by the customer and redeemed if and only if it has been found that the defect of conformity was present at the time of delivery of the good and does not depend on improper use of the item.

ParticolarModa is solely liable for any loss resulting from the breach by ParticolarModa of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. This liability is exclusively limited to the purchase price of the Product. ParticolarModa is not liable for indirect damages to things or to third parties which are the indirect consequence of the defect found.



All prices are inclusive of VAT. For customers who buy outside of Italy all the prices in our shop are to be regarded as net and not inclusive of taxes that the Federal Tax Administration of your country could apply to the border, which will have to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery (or reception) of the goods.



Orders will be evaded for payment received. ParticolarModa reserves the right to do so, if it deems it necessary for the partial shipment of the goods. In the event that a product is not immediately available for shipment, ParticolarModa will contact the customer to propose replacement items or arrangements on longer delivery times. ParticolarModa reserves in these cases the right to cancel the order and will immediately issue the refund of all the benefits already paid by the customer.

If the goods sent were damaged during transport, the customer is required to promptly inform Customer Service ParticolarModa, which will then be able to make a complaint to the shipping company. To optimize delivery, ParticolarModa transmits the customer's email address and telephone number (if any) to the shipping companies. For logistical reasons and / or to facilitate delivery speed ParticolarModa reserves the right to change the choice of courier who will deliver it. The merchandise remains the property of ParticolarModa until payment is received.

The customer has the right to request simultaneously the forwarding of the order, in the order notes the request for issuing the invoice. Some items may appear slightly different in size, this may be caused by the use of special photographic techniques that are useful when, for example, a highlight of a particular product. Due to settings or defects in some screens, there may be slight color variations on product pictures.



Under the terms of the law, for any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this site or its related services, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bari Tribunal. This agreement is governed by the Italian law. Any communication given in electronic form must be considered as admissible evidence in any judicial or administrative proceedings.

It is not due to ParticolarModa, any liability whatsoever, regarding the non-fulfillment of the obligations arising out of the Terms and Conditions, in the case of exceptional occurrences not under the direct control of ParticolarModa itself. These events are caused by causes independent of their control, including: natural disasters, acts of authority, war, fire, flood, explosion or insurrection, disruption of computer services or telecommunications, non-fulfillment of third parties (including non-fulfillment of data supply) and strikes.
